Covid-19 FAQs and Information

The Welsh Government has provided details of how the tourism industry can open up and so we will be open again from Monday the 20th of July. At this time, we are unable to offer our regular breakfast service, as the dining room must remain closed. We will be offering a continental option in the rooms and our bar service will be delivered to the room.

As soon as the rules change, we will return to our normal service, subject to social distancing legislation.

Here are some of the measures introduced from opening day:

As per Government Guidelines- We ask all guests to complete a short questionnaire before they arrive, declaring a status of good health. Guests must be absent of any Corona Virus symptoms as a condition of stay.

We politely request that any guests who are required to self-isolate or remain in overseas travel isolation, remain at home and contact us to rearrange their stay.

We ask that all guests maintain Social Distancing, as per the current Government Guidelines.

During your stay, we will only carry out essential maintenance in your room. Any extra towels or room amenities you may require, will be delivered to your room daily. For longer stays of 4 nights or more, we shall liaise with guests to arrange time for housekeeping.

Hand Sanitizer will be available throughout the premises and we ask that you use this regularly.

Keys will be sanitized between guests.

Only recommended PPE will be used in circumstances where Social Distancing is more difficult.

Cards are preferred as a means of payment, but cash is also accepted if bagged for disinfecting.

We have completed a full Risk Assessment and Policy Document which is available here.

Obviously, these are strange and difficult times, but we will do our utmost to provide the service you would expect, whilst safeguarding all of us.
