Three Gold Awards for Tan yr Onnen

December brought the year to a close with a fairly busy month, up on last year, right up to our break just before Christmas. We were busy packing when some very nice news reached us. If you have been to our web site before and read any of our news items, you may know by now that we have been very pleased to receive a number of awards from The AA and Visit Wales over the past few years. So we opened the letter marked with the Visit Wales logo with some anticipation and there it was, our 3rd Gold Award. To say we were extremely pleased doesn't really cover it but we were and are extremely happy that we have passed mystery shopper inspections in the past year to receive this award.  Visit Wales present their Gold Awards annually to recognise quality within the serviced accommodation sector. Their web page states:

The Gold Award rewards outstanding quality, exceptional comfort and hospitality in the serviced sector in Wales. The award also recognises businesses that have been successful in a Mystery Shopper exercise to test their customer interaction skills. Each and every one of the Gold Standard businesses achieved high quality scores in their most recent quality grading assessment undertaken by our Grading Assessors, and this has been confirmed through rigorous mystery customer testing.

So now on to 2012........
